Our modular building system is based on an efficient grid of 1.35 m × 1.25 m, allowing optimal use of available space. Flexible floor plans enable a wide range of applications — from apartments to offices, seminar rooms or hotel rooms — and can be implemented in both solid and timber construction.

On request, buildings can be elevated above existing parking areas, creating additional usable space without occupying new ground, while keeping all parking spaces fully usable and protected from the weather.
