How should I apply – online, by e-mail or by post?

We’re happy to receive your application in any form. Ideally, please apply online via our platform, as this allows us to record your data more quickly. This ensures that we can review your application as soon as possible and provide you with prompt feedback.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?

Of course. Feel free to mention in your cover letter which other positions you are interested in.

Can I submit a speculative application?

Yes, we always welcome your interest and your application. Simply apply online via the contact form or by e-mail to job@karriere.rhomberg.com. Creating individual opportunities is part of who we are, so we will gladly follow up on your interest and look for suitable options for you within the company.

Can I correct my data if I submitted an online application with errors?

Everyone makes mistakes – just send us an e-mail at job@karriere.rhomberg.com.

What does the selection process look like?

Depending on the position, we apply specific criteria in the pre-selection and final selection stages. Ultimately, the overall profile of a candidate is decisive. What matters is that skills, qualities and experience match the defined requirements as closely as possible. Age, gender or cultural background have no influence on the selection decision. All applicants are very welcome.

How long will my data be stored?

We naturally comply with the applicable data protection regulations.

Can I interrupt the application process and continue entering my data another day?

We continuously work on optimising our system. At the moment, this is unfortunately not technically possible.

Is there an application deadline I need to be aware of?

No. As long as the job posting is available on our website, we are happy to receive your application. However, so that we can include you in the selection process at an early stage, you shouldn’t wait too long.

What does the general application process look like?

Depending on the position and department, the specific process may vary, but it generally includes the following steps:

Initial contact by phone
Personal interview

How do I apply if I’m interested in an internship or summer job?

Very simple: send your application to job@karriere.rhomberg.com including the relevant information (time period, area of interest), or upload it via our online portal. We will then take care of your application.
