This is why we focus on what we know best and have modelled the commercial structure of Rhomberg Bau within the Rhomberg Group on one of our buildings. The roof of this structure is represented by Rhomberg Holding, managed by Hubert Rhomberg and Ernst Thurnher. Around them sits an supervisory board consisting of Wolfgang Niessner, Walter-Heinz Rhomberg, Sita Mazumder and Viktor Thurnher to provide support in strategic matters. Providing the all-important foundations for our building are our employees, who provide the stability in our individual divisions and business segments.
Rhomberg Group
The Rhomberg Group, headquartered in Bregenz, Austria, operates in the construction, resources, and rail technology sectors. The rail division (www.rhomberg-sersa.com) is a joint venture, with the Rhomberg Group and Konrad Schnyder each holding a 50% share. Founded in 1886, the family-owned company is now in its fourth generation and maintains locations and subsidiaries in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Denmark. The holding functions of the Rhomberg Group are managed by Hubert Rhomberg and Ernst Thurnher.
